Manager at Chalet for 8 years, been with Maxus for 14 years. Married mother to 3 girls, 16, 14, and 7. Favorite part of the job is having someone find the perfect apartment and love living in our community. Favorite color is yellow.

Jennifer is a new mom to Isaac Daniel who was born November 1. Married to Daniel Bowers. Loves Butterflies. Starting as leasing agent was promoted to Assistant Manager in May 2009.

I work at the fabulous Chalet Apartments helping people find the perfect place to call home, it’s such a magical place to be! I am a full-time student and entrepreneur in my evening hours. I love to help people realize their dreams and get out of the ruts they are stuck in, its my specialty!

Enjoys music, movies, and video games. Favorite part of the job is working outside and talking with residents. Enjoy watching Elmo and Sesame Street with daughter Cecilia.

Enjoys hunting, fishing, and kayaking. Recently graduated from Kaw Valley Technical school and is currently taking classes at Washburn. What I enjoy about my job is getting apartments ready for move in and talking with the residents I have worked for Maxus for 10 years and been at Chalet 5 years.

Single dad of 4. Grandpa to 5. Loves to cook. Lots of nicknames- Wayne-o from Plano and Papa Wayne.
