Normally when I’m craving a cupcake the first thing I do is check out Bakerella blog.  The site loaded with quick and easy cupcakes and bites; desserts that work perfectly with a stylish kitchen and aide me in efficient cooking.  I prefer recipes that require minimal counter space and clean up time.  After all, maintaining an active lifestyle means I want less time prepping in the kitchen and more time enjoying my time with family and friends.   However I also want food that’s healthy and appealing.
