Attention Residents: $200 Off Your Rent!

Dear Residents:  Could you use $200 off your rent?

Jennifer and I will be riding on a float at the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Wednesday.

It starts at noon at 4th and Kansas Ave.  We would love to see our residents there.  We will be passing out green beaded necklaces.  If anyone makes a sign that says “I love The Chalet Apartments” and brings it to the parade I will give them $200.00 off a months rent.  I must be able to see the sign from the float.
